Dakar, May 7 (APS) – Senegalese president Abdoulaye Wade pleads for the elimination of the FAO and the transfer of its competences and facilities to the International Fund for agricultural development (IFAD) that will be then turned into a new organisation called ‘’World Fund for Assistance to Agriculture’’ with its headquarters in Africa.
